At the top of the page you will see a graphic example of the
Electronic System for Travel Authorization procedure. Take
note of the Help link,
which fields are mandatory and a link to the list of Vista
Waiver Program (VWP) countries
Further down the page, you will notice the form fields where you can insert the information that you, hopefully, have handy. The first section is the Applicant Information.
Next comes the Passport Information. This is also required for submitting the Electronic System for Travel Authorization
The next portion of the Application, Travel Information and Address
in the United States, may be completed at some later date if
you desire.
